SPC Cards can be obtained in the mg电子试玩app & 金融援助 Office (Room 1300) any time of the year.
Use your SPC Card every time you enter or exit
You must use your SPC Card every time you enter or exit Saint Paul College parking lots. If you do not use your card to enter or exit the lot, the parking access sy阀杆 will not allow you to enter or exit.
Please use the intercom sy阀杆 if you are experiencing any problems while entering or exiting.
Use of short-term parking ticket
If you request a short term parking ticket from the Marshall Avenue 访问or lane or the Kellogg Boulevard entrance upon entering the lot,
you must use that short term parking ticket and pay even if you possess a SPC Card. Exceptions may be granted under exigent circumstances.
Use intercom sy阀杆 if you need help to exit/enter parking lot
If you are experiencing any issues with the parking access sy阀杆, please use the intercom button located on every entrance and exit column and the pay station in the parking ramp. The intercom will connect you to the 停车 Booth, 停车 Window and the 公共安全 front desk. We are available to assist you with any issue you are experiencing. If the intercom is busy, please call

Who do I see about parking issues?
The 停车 Office is currently located in office suite 1401. The office is staffed between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday- Friday. If there is no one available in the parking office, you may still contact the parking staff by email or by calling 651.846.1797 and leaving a message. For immediate after-hours assistance, please contact 公共安全 at 651.846.1322.
Revocation of parking privileges, towing, fines
The following actions can result in revocation of parking privileges, towing at owners expense, fines and/or suspension for SPC Card misuse for improperly entering or exiting Saint Paul College parking lots, but are not limited to:
- Tailgating while entering or exiting
- Driving over curbs, grass, sidewalks, etc. to enter or exit Saint Paul College parking lots
- Removal of control arms
- Forcing the arms to a raised position by any means
- Letting another individual use your SPC Card to gain entry or to exit
- More than three (3) unpaid SPC parking tickets
